downloaded some of this stuff. The majority is
good stuff, not rubbish.
You need to sign up for their magazine,
but that's it. I have no idea how long this will last,

Software
Ergocore:
Having problems with your back,
neck, and hands etc? This software reminds you to take
breaks, do your exercises (and walks you through them!), and
even shows you how to set up your work station.
I've managed to organise a
trial version of this fantastic piece of software. Once you install the
program, it will work for 14 days.
