Rapid Article Writing – Learn Five Steps To Writing Articles Faster

If it took me 1 hour or more to write an article I would most likely not do it. The rewards just do not justify taking that much time. The good news is you can master speedy article writing if you know how to do it.

Some marketers get overwhelmed with the thought of writing articles so they hire a content writer to do it for them. That might be alright if you are to busy to write.

In this article, I will share with you the 5 secret ways that you can use in order to make the method of article writing not only easier but faster too:

1. Find decent topics and keywords. Before you start pounding on your key board, do a keyword research first to identity the most sought-after topics within your chosen niche.

List down all the popular terms and pick those ones that you know very well. You can simply come up with a 300-500 word article if you know your topic by heart.

2. Work from an outline. Write down all the information that you think will help your readers better understand you main topic and present them in a bullet list.

Ensure that they are arranged in a rational manner. This outline will help you gauge ahead of time if your content will stick together and if your ideas will flow smoothly to promote better understanding among your readers
.
3. It is time to write. Begin by creating a compelling title. An effective headline is something that can excite or tempt online users to read further.

It must be keyword-rich, benefit-driven, well idea-out, and well-written. Use inverted pyramid technique when presenting your data.

Start with the most imperative information and end your articles with supporting data. Ensure that your articles contain all the information that your readers are looking for so you can simply impress these people.

4. Proofread for any grammar or spelling mistakes. Don’t make your articles available online unless you are 100% sure that they are free from grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual errors.

No, it is not enough that you check them against your grammar and spelling checker. It is a must that you physically proofread them so you can easily correct any mistake that you have inadvertedly committed.

Yes, it may take a couple of minutes to do this but you can be guaranteed that this will help you safeguard your online image.

5. Link to your articles. If you are posting your articles on your website or on your blog, consider inserting links that will take your readers to your other articles. By doing so, you can boost the exposure of your copies while you give your readers more information.

You can make money online rather than spend it if you follow these 5 rapid article writing tips! If you are just too busy try Hands Off Article Marketing to get the outcome you are looking for.

New Media Helping Writers Get Published

New Media Helping Writers Get Published
By Matt Fleming

Stay at home mums, teenagers, lazy people and even children are finding it easier and easier to get published these days. But why? What can they do now that they couldn’t before? The answer… The Internet. The Internet has provided EVERYONE with the tools, knowledge and connections needed to become published writers or artists or what ever it is they are trying to get published in. there are many sites that provide a writing community were writers can show their work and publishers can read it and decide “That’s pretty good” and then publish it. Some sites like Writing.com and webook.com are probably the most used. They allow you to show your work, then people can read it and back it for publication and than someone can choose to publish it. It’s really just a community and talent scouts pick off all the good bits and get them published. How ever there are other sites like The World’s Longest Book that offer both a community and a 100% chance of getting published. The World’s Longest Book is a site dedicated to creating a book over 344mm thick. You can submit not only writing, but pictures and drawings and photographs, really anything that could go into a book. The site has an active community and is updated regularly. No robots run the site and everything is over seen by at least three real people. The World’s Longest Book only publishes your work under your name so, sorry, but you don’t get payed. They will however give you royalties if you submit enough pages to the book.

Regardless of age, gender, race, religion or education the Internet can almost defiantly get you published in some way shape or form. As long as you have a passion and continue to do what you love, you will almost defiantly get published. Sometimes it doesn’t even cost you to get something published! In the old days you had to pay for an editor, publicist, graphic designer and then the rights to be published under the name of your publisher (Puffin, Scholastic, Collins) and than if your book doesn’t sell… you loose money you didn’t have in the first place. On the Net though people go looking for talent and when they find it they want to themselves so the pay for all that for you, or, they sponsor you so now you have money to pay for all of that.

All in all if you have talent, don’t stress. If you don’t have time to write lots then click here, and if you don’t have talent then write lots and lots until you build up confidence and join a writing community (Click either of the two links previous in this article)

Happy Publishing!

How To Proofread Your Work

Proofreading is something that is very important throughout education, more so later on; it is also something that is necessary for the businesses of sole traders to the world of the large corporation. There are many websites out there which can do this professionally for you such as proofreading service; I would highly recommend such a service because it does cut out the author error which is evident and can now be found for a very low price. However this sort of service isn’t always useful or possible and there are a number of methods you can follow to proofread your own work with some success.

Firstly I will say reading through your work carefully but quickly once is extremely helpful and exactly I would do with other people’s work – this can often find up to 90% of the mistakes immediately. You should do this primary read through after a break, doing this straight after finishing writing will lead to you missing a number of errors. Getting some distance from your essay or article will remove the factor of pride in your work – the basic effect means that you are looking at the work far more objectively.

Next I would recommend reading aloud very slowly – if your work is understandable out loud it means it is understandable to those reading. Especially grammatically with the placement of commas, semicolons etc you will notice where the writing isn’t flowing coherently. If the work is very important I would now recommend slowing down even further – perhaps use a ruler to make sure you focus on every single word. Different systems work for different people but it is important to isolate each sentence, then each paragraph and then each section. This process will ensure that not only typographical errors are removed but also improve structuring and make sure related content is grouped together.

Once you have spent a decent amount of time on this process I would now recommend going elsewhere. This is where a professional can really count, however if a friend or colleague is available then get them to at least scan through your work. My proofreading service especially is very helpful – I offer a personalised service which will give advice on the consistent mistakes you are making, give you advice on exactly how I correct these and also you can request advice on restructuring and the movement of content within the essay, report, dissertation, thesis or literally any other document you need help with.

If you follow the advice above you should end up with a piece of work which is relatively error free and of high quality. I do highly recommend a professional service like WriteProfessionalEnglish because it will spot those things you might naturally be getting wrong and give the advice of a first class student like myself.
